Hey fellas...how's life? I hope your life is at its best! Today my dear friends I will tell you about what an average human wastes time upon...and by this may be you can also find some common time wasting habits of your too. You may be thinking why should I read this article and not go for another more decorated one? Because I know these mistakes I had done this and now I am completely over them thankfully but "PREPRATION COMES BEFORE SUCCESS EVEN IN THE DICTIONARY" so it's necessary for you to read the below points to achieve greater goods.
STOP! STOP! STOP! before reading the points below its my recommendation is that take a pen and a paper write this down and work upon them. And take a deep breath and focus such that you can take the best out of it!
So let's start...
1. Watching TV obsessively
Watching TV relaxes your mind and increases your work efficiency but watching TV excessively will make your time fly like a fly... Your mind will focus on things which comforts it the most and make you lousy and lazy day by day. It's no doubt that turning on TV for important purpose is a must do. But turning it on just to watch movies which are of no uses and daily soaps will definitely degrade you...so make sure to avoid watching TV excessively.
2. Procrastination
This is the most stupid thing which I have done many times and have no idea why I was doing that...it means avoiding the task which you don't want to do but in many ways it might be the door to your success. Avoidance is just ignoring the problems but do ignoring means solving? Ask this to yourself! Doing things which doesn't comes in your comfort zone creates a dilemma for you because moving ahead is always hard compare to standing still. Making a move,moving forward and creating new opportunities will only make your life more richful.
3. Saying yes
We are more often like to hear yes for any help but are often say no to help others...many of us also say yes but do helping others really saves your time? I am not saying that do not help other I am just saying that help other and do invest your time by building relations with them...we are not being selfish here...say yes to others work only if they are of pure heart and works for you too...but if by any means if they take your help just to fulfill their need and they are not even thankful about it...do not say yes to those people. Because by investing time on saying yes to help needy people you will waste your time by saying yes to greedy people. So say yes when it's necessary for you.
4. Perfectionism
Perfect...being perfect is a complete myth because everyone lacks something that's why we all humans are having different faces, fingerprints etc. But remember wasting time on being perfect will take away the opportunities in which you can perform best. See it's necessary for you to understand that your first hit is needed if you are successful move ahead and if you fails try again or move ahead. Do not indulge yourself in making your moves perfect in such a fight that do not even matter in your life! Scoring highest marks in boards is good but giving exam again for increasing marks if not necessary is just taking your time to think Nothing new but thinking what you already know! Again "PERFECT IS MYTH"
5. Multitasking
we humans are so bad at multitasking such that our God has only given us two hands...just to process enough of what needed but for example still we want to indulge our hands by typing, ears by hearing calls, eyes by watching screen, mouth by eating, legs by running and everything at a single time...just think how much process should brain have to do. Interestingly brain degrades the efficiency of work if you try to do multitasking so that means a work that takes 1 hour to complete will take 2 hours now or more...so that's why it's necessary for you to do one thing at a time!
6. Worrying
This is the most important thing which is needed for everyone to focus because this can really depress you...thinking over such things which you can't control is what makes you worrying about small things. May be it's good to think about what's in your hand rather than what's beyond your reach! Just read this... Do you have a problem? If no then stop worrying, if yes then do you have a solution for it? If no then why still thinking let it happen... If yes then why worrying if you have the solution just go with the flow at this times.. just by smiling more and worrying less you will find yourself more comfortable!
