1. Love yourself

Believe me God has created you as a unique masterpiece, no one is like you and trust me if you will find happiness in short moments there will be a life of great gleeful


2. Do good

See this thing should be clear in your mind that if you raise one hand to help there will be 100 hand raised when you will need help. Doing good things to other is always beneficial for you too. Helping others getting out from there problems and making your life happier. Actually doing good stuffs for yourself is also a necessity because you can't achieve mental peace by creating problems...you should always work on the solution and always be thinking how to solve them. 


3. Always forgive

Forgiving someone is the best present you can gift someone...let me tell you why just think that your friend had accidentally dropped your phone just after a debate you and your had...making a decision of shouting at him will be a reflex action. Just think this situation as you dropped this phone accidentally...now what? My point here is misunderstanding creates conflicts...clear all misunderstanding and forgive everyone because by not forgiving them you will be constantly in thoughts of them and it's like a burden on your shoulders...so forgive people and be light...


4. Harm no one

Mental stress often leads to violence against people whom you love and in some cases the one who lives in a stressful situation can become a psycho... See harming someone just because you don't feel comfortable is a full of idiotic move...you can never be happy by hitting someone or by defaming somebody! People are now being misleaded by cinemas, and tv shows that anything is fair when it comes to anger but remember that you can never be happy by taking someone else's smile!


5. Be positive

Being positive is necessary because positivity attracts opportunities and opportunities creates happiness...here opportunities means more ways to make friends and more ways to increase your mental health...being positive about the negative aspects of life can create healthy nature of yours...think a situation where your friend is in a condition where he can't think of any solution because he has a negative mindset but if the same condition applies to you and if you think positively you can definitely come up with a solution and can resolve it!
