Hello guys today we are going to deal with one of the most important topic of all that is mental peace and how we can maintain it by taking certain actions which will be beneficial to us...
What is mind? It's a powerful thought creating and repeating machine that has unlimited source of information hidden in it. It is so powerful that our every action is determined by mind and by this I mean every long term and short term both. That's why even if you have a strong masculine body but not using mind will result cascade of failures in you life therefore it's necessary to use mind and embrace it.
Now what is the function of mind? It gives us certain feelings/emotions whenever we encounter something new, surprising, adventure etc. That gives us a good amountof joy but also when in certain conditions it gives negative thoughts too such conditions are heartbreaks,trauma,injury,mental sickness etc. And in this state of mind it's very difficult to stay in peace
So what to do and what not to do in such conditions?
Here comes our definite solutions
1. Think of every best moments of life...
It's very necessary to understand the condition in which your mind is conflicting with itself so in that time it's important for you to think what's the thing conflicting and for that you should have a calm mind and one way that you can calm your mind is remembering the happy and joyful moments of your life so that your mind can slow down the rate of negative thoughts and increase the flow of positive thought.
2. Develop a positive attitude...
Now this is not a quick fix to the problem but a permanent one and also the most efficient of all. By every problem you face in your life try to make yourself more comfy with that problems and try to generate a happy positive environment around you...smile and feel that it is easy to overcome every problem with little efforts and grateful nature. By this you will going to develop a postive attitude towards every negative situation which will help you to make your life easier.
3. Music: eternal peace
Music is the best way one can get through many situations just by plugging his or her favourite sound track just close your eyes and feels the beats it will help your mind to solve the most complex problems in minutes and music will also encourage you to do many other positive works. It's music will quickly make you happy in seconds so remember that choosing a good playlist is necessary.
4. Play with children...
This is the most prescribed way for everyone to go with as just imagine a 2 or 3 year old kid is smiling after playing with you. The moment was so precious that you want it to be life long the happiness of that 3 year old kid is just like a unlimited power source of positve vibes which can cure the mental illness in seconds and can make anyone enthusiastic.
5. Hangout with friends...
We consider friends as family and thats why a good friend in need a friend indeed. Just make good friends now so that they will always help you to come out of demotivation and make you feel special everytime you get downgraded. Ensure that you choose your friends by the fact that a real friend walks in when fake friends walk out. Hanging out with them will make you light hearted and gleeful.
6. Take a nap!
So now this will not cure the problem but surely can divert your mind from the problem which is necessary for you to make peace for yourself. I don't mean that when in problem take a nap , I mean that if you are facing too much problems try taking a nap calm yourself solve problems one by one. It's proven that a good nap can cure diseases therefore it can cure mental issues too.
7. Make a list.
So why to make a list and of what things you have to list down? Simple, list down every tiny little problem of yours in a list like a question and try to answer the questions just like the exams I am not sure how you performed in your school exams but here it's your ownl no one knows better than you, you and only you can know the perfect answers to your own problems!
8. Go for a long drive...
Did any one of you know that a drive with soothing scenary can cure your mental issues faster than sitting at home? It's always best to go for a long drive whenever in confusion because as you move forward every time and find a new road same will happen to your mind you will going to get a new solution to your problems which can help you solving problems also scenary can make you feel uplifted..!
9. Playing games!
Yes it's true that playing games can reduce mental pressure and stress upto minimal percentages which helps one to go through problems easily just take this as example everytime you are stuck in a video game represents a problem in your life and everytime you find the new mysterious ways to open treasure chests, hidden chambers etc in games same happens in your life your subconscious mind will sooner give you a way to make your life easy and solve problems for you...!
