Hey guys... How you doing!? I hope you all are doing extremely well. Today we will going to discuss "What are habits and how do we make them?" So today's topic is very important... Be focused and concentrate here so let's start!
What are habits?
Habits are the process which doesn't require brain to put extra efforts to think about! Isn't it to much theoretical? Haha yes I know it is but that's what it is.
We don't even think before turning on lightsof we are entering in a dark room, but why? Because it has become our habit to see turn on lights without thinking. Habits can help you become the best of you and can destroy you too. They are the building blocks of our character, Now it's in your hand whether you make your life or take your life!
How do we make them?
Now we will be more focusing upon how do we make habits and how we see things at first! So there are 4 things which are cue, craving, response and reward. Every habit is formed only by processing through these four!
1. Cue
Here cue means anything we see and feel like "I should also try these!" Cue is the triggering thing that happens to us whenever we do something new and also cue is the primary motivation that affects us to try new things.
2. Craving
Craving is the secondary motivation which last longer than primary motivation. And because of this you start to think about it more and you are ready to put efforts to start this new thing.
3. Response
Response is the action taken for your craving and your response is directly proportional to secondary motivation. The higher motivated you are the more your response effective. Response is the process where your body is in movement.
4. Reward
Now it's obvious that humans do actions that satisfy their needs and whatever habits you make are all associated with satisfaction of yours mind,soul and body. So reward is the ultimate goal of your habit and it is closely associated with the cue because cue indicates the reward at first later we do things to grab the reward.
