Hey guys... how you doing? I hope you are doing well and I hope you are safe and sound! today our topic of discussion will be crowdsourcing and why is it so important for any company to do it from now, so before we start get relaxed and focus here.



What is crowdsourcing?

Crowdsourcing is getting information from your active or passive customer to know what they want by asking them directly or indirectly. Many companies are now doing this crowd sourcing to increase their sales as they will going to manufacture only those things which the customer want to buy. Example of such companies are threadless, bewakoof.com and also songs that are requested from any artist in there are many more examples like this. 


Why is it so important to do crowdsourcing now?

As a customer I know that there are nowadays way too much varieties for what we want to buy from the market but we only choose some of them... now just imagine a company offers you something that you want directly without showing you different varieties it will be a time saver for you!


Now this was my review as a customer but now we will going to talk about something that what a company gets by doing crowd sourcing as a long term process.


Now here are some things that companies get benefited by crowdsourcing!


1. Customer value.

As of customer value the person who do crowdsourcing gets the most reputated place because you are giving your customer to design what they want from you. Any customer who get the chance to design what he wants will be more attracted towards that company who values him only and feel very generous about it, that's how it will be a positive effect for the company as their increasing value of their customer.



2. Variety.

By doing crowdsourcing the company itself gets more varieties added to their catalogues, how because the company has limited designers and the designers have limited capacities but after doing crowd sourcing they will get new ideas from the people and that's how any company can increase the number of varieties by doing crowdsourcing on a huge scale.



3. Less work load.

As discussed in the last para every companies have limited designers but what if your customers can become your designer without even sharing your profits, definitely it will be a great chance for a company to do this and that's how you can reduce your work load!



4. Digitalising.

In this time of pandemic I've seen that only some things are working properly one of which is internet everything that is digitalised now is working properly everything that was offline are not shut down but why? because this is the future and any business that is on internet will definitely going to get profit and crowdsourcing can be a way to to get your business online by doing a pole having a survey or anything else just make sure that your business is going online and you make crowdsourcing better way to earn profits.



5. Creating new customer.

You can create your customer by let them participate in your crowdsourcing poles anyone who wants their own type of commodity wants to be the customer of yours this is the social psychology of human so yes crowdsourcing will help you increase your customer base too.



6. Customer's satisfaction.

Now what is customer satisfaction it is that whether your customer is satisfied with your service or not I can say that your customer satisfaction will only determine that your customer will be your loyal customer or just a temporary one. But crowdsourcing helps the customer to be satisfied because you will only provide something to the customer that he wants from you.
