Hello fellas.. how you doing? So i thought in this time time of pandemic where everything is cut short available why don't we train our brain in such a manner that we will get more disciplined, more mindful and also happy... So today we will be going to discuss how to train your brain, I have 5 points to ponder upon and let me know what's your views on this in comment section below...
So before we start i want you to take a deep breathe and relax, get yourself ready to be more focused and write down important points as a note... So let's begin...
1. Read everyday.
Read everyday... Why? Because it will help you understanding perspective of different persons and also if you are reading any kind of novel or something like that it will help you to go into another world of fantasy which sometimes help in escaping from stress, and also if you are reading books about motivation, financial freedom etc. It will help you grow in such a manner that you will not going to get troubled in any kind of situation such as pandemic... Reading sometimes enlarges the viewpoint of a person and helps him grow his roots.
2. Write down ideas.
It used be some days when our schools, colleges, offices etc. used to take 50% of our daily life but now due to this pandemic everything is shifted to online due to which we have now more time because the travelling time get eliminated by which we can get ourself a fruitful time to think upon ideas... Believe me any idea of yours will work if it is undertaken from a experienced person and also if it helps people by solving their problem but the only way to make that idea work is to write it down and plan for it then work for it. Writing down whatever you have thought get stored as permanent information by which it would become easy to remember it again.
3. Exercise on a weekly basis.
Why we should do exercise? Because a healthy mind represents a wealthy life. I can guarantee to you that exercising will definitely help you creating a positive environment around yourself... You will become more enthusiastic more energetic and less worrying. Rather than spending thousands of money on eating junk food you should take membership of any nearest gym and start working out their it will be more beneficial for you.
4. Get out of comfort zone.
Comfort zone will do nothing but only destroy you... It's like a rat trap because once you find comfort in any situation you put down your guard and that's where the difference between great person and average person starts... I would recommend you to analyse anyone who get lots and lots of respect from others... Do you think that he gets that type of respect just by sitting at home? Or even just by sitting at home by not doing anything? Everyone who is earning something like respect, money, time freedom etc. Are doing something beyond their comfort zone so always push your limits.
5. Write a to do list daily.
Plan your day because that will account you to your goals because everything you have planned for your next 5 years starts from what you have planned for today... Everyday you make a to do list for next six month and I can bet you you will be seeing the difference in a huge amount... Start making a list from today itself, prioritise the work and complete it one by one.
