Greetings from here guys...today we will be talking about how you can create a community of yours and become one of the greatest leader of all time! But remember before reading this article you should know that without consistensy, hardwork and obedience no can achieve a single target in life so therefore after reading this, work on your skills.
Many of you know the power of a community or we can say a network because people from your community and network will always come forward for you and will always help you even if there is no chance of you getting out of situation they will make sure to make you tension free... I can proudly say that I have applied these principles written below and successfully now I know some of the best people who have my back covered.
I can say lot and lot more things about this community topic but let's start our study of the principles for how to make a community!

Following are the points which are trusted by many and many people have applied this to create big network ..so let's begin!

1.Always welcome others...

What do you understand by welcoming others? Here it means that always greet people before they greet you have a warm handshake...talk with a positive nature and be enthusiastic, usually people with negative vibes are repelling but remember that you are not talking others to influence them but you are talking for their benefits only, by treating and welcoming them in a good manner you are making his or her day more gleeful and in a way talking in positive manner will also help you to come over your problems so this is a two aims one shot thing!

2.Listen to people,then try to help...

When you are talking to someone about something don't be the speaker first because your point of view can affect someone else's ,listen to them first understand them then make sure to create a mental picture of what are they saying then after clear out the points which you think can be improved, don't just state your statement talk in an interactive manner ask everytime in a while whether the person who is hearing you are interested or not...ask whether what you are saying is right or wrong...an interactive session helps to create different perspective as well as different aspects of growth so make sure to have listening ability.

3.Give people reasons to follow you...

Consider that you are now a great leader...you have a great following now, do you have something or you have enough ability that your followers can assimilate from you? great leaders will have plenty of great things to teach to their followers and even before teaching they apply the rules on themselves first to see the positve and negative aspects... Leaders are made not born, you can take the buisness of your father or you can do the job of your father but you can't take the morals and ethics of your father you have to develop your own through times and make sure to become more successful so that your father can be proud.

4.Nurture relationship with meet-up....

I have read a term called gold fish memory but what does it means? Actually its meaning is derived from gold fish as it forgets everything in 3 seconds that's why it's called short term or gold fish memory... Many people can have a gold fish memory for you,no matter how you treat them good or teach them but if you meet them once in a year there is no chance of you getting attached to that person also they will forget whatever you have told them... It's human nature but this can be improved only by meeting them regularly after every 3 to 5 days because it can leave a deep impact on the person you are with...so make sure to meet your followers.

5.Give more than you get...

One of the famous line is "THE GIVERS NEVER TAKE AND THE TAKERS NEVER GET" such a powerful line to explain what you really need to do. People nowadays are more concentrating of getting whatever they can get for free but no one is trying to give this creates dilemma, meanwhile leaders like Ratan Tata always donated majority of his income that's why people like him are always at the top and still creating more opportunities for others and himself.

6.Treat everyone as individual not as follower...

Many people who treat their follower as a common individual drastically fails to be at the leader position why? The reason is simple everyone has their own identity you can't generalise people you have to be more specific for what they seek...you can give them a generalise answer sometime but remember to listen them first you cannot treat others like commoners , everyone of your followers needs attention and they have right to ask it from you! So treat them individually rather than a community.
