Points mentioned below should be mastered step by step because it's hard for someone to change their habits quickly that's why try to make slowly but accurately...
1. Wake up on time!
This is one of the first thing you should test on yourself to see whether you are in a self discipline or not. For example set an alarm for 6 A.M in morning let the alarm buzz and check whether you will wake up at the time of buzzing or not by that you will see that if you wake up you know about the self discipline thing but if you turn that off that means you still have severe thought process that overpower your disciplines.
2. Act respectfully toward others
Respecting elders that's what our parents have reached us since now but the thing is respecting elders won't make you disciplined but respecting olders, elders, youngers and people of same ages will make you disciplined, now a question may arise in your mind why I should respect people of my age and of less than my age the answer is simple "YOUR DAY GOES THE WAY THE CORNERS OF YOUR MOUTH TURNS" such powerful line shows us what discipline means.
3. Eat healthy.
If you can't control the taste of your tongue you can't even control a single day of your life. So it's necessary for you to eat the most healthy food available near you because unhealthy foods can cause you obesity,laziness, problems related to digestion etc which means if something happens to you regarding eating unhealthy food that may directly be seen as a harm to your self discipline...
4. Daily exercise...
You might be thinking how is exercisingis relevant to a topiclike self discipline so let's hear this many of the most successful people have said that your mind activates when you do yoga or workout for atleast 30 min a day which means increase of blood flow which enhances you to work more and also it increases your mental stamina to handle more critical situations. Keeping this aside a low intensity workout can give you a good physique and also can cure many health issues too.
5. Meet deadlines...
So what do I mean by this point let me clarify you by giving an example...let's say you have decided to read 4 chapters of a motivational book today so by the end of the day it's your "responsibility" I am not saying it's your duty but I am using responsibility because it's morally important for you to read the chapters to by end of the day to meet the deadlines you have set for yourself. By this example I believe you should have a clear idea what I am talking about. It comes under self discipline to hunt down your goals in a definite time that you have set.
