Today we will talk about focus...so let's start by knowing what focus really means to one person usually we say having great focus is doing something in well mannered determined way and not allowing distraction to distract you but here let me tell you that having a great focus requires continuous practice and day by day growth which means achieving focus is not going to be a overnight goal but a slow step by step goal...

The points mentioned below are the building blocks of great focus which you will need to have practice on daily basis and following the methods by heart!

Step 1-- analyse your overall day...
You might wonder that why I am asking you to analyse your day and what does it makes sense here on focusing so let me explain it you guys that knowing what you do will definitely help you to understand what you want to do. See having focus is good but first of all you need goals and aims to focus upon so start analysing your day.

Step 2-- write down the flaws...
I may suggest you to write down your bad activities and unwanted time consuming things in one paper and place it in front of you for example on your desk. So that everytime you see that mistakes you will subconsciously try to avoid them. Now from here you are at stage where distraction can't beat you!

Step 3-- be there where you are!
What do I mean by this? Just don't think that if i were a millionairei would go to this place that place NOOO! Law of attraction is absolutely true but when you are doing something do it in such a way that no one else can do it better. This will definitely benefit you by giving efficient results and by doing one thing at once you can step up on the focusing thing!

Step 4-- start performing meditation
Meditation is the most powerful way of attaining an immense about of focus as we practice meditation we learn how to lose anger anxiety depression etc which are main cause which harms one's focus. Lord Buddha once said "I have gained nothing from meditation but I have lost anxiety, anger, fear, jealousy and envy". So do practice meditation

Step 5-- practice practice and practice!
Let's hear the cruel truth...there is nothing like a overnight champion...everyone who have accomplished something had done a lot of things which others cannot see. One of which is practice. Practicing these steps will make you sharp, stronger and attentive which will bring success to you.

As a conclusion I want to give you an example of great focus from mahabharat.
When guru Dronacharya asked Arjun to shoot a arrow into a eye of a wooden bird and asked him what he is seeing Arjun replied- "THE EYE OF THE BIRD" here you can understand he could have seen the tree or the bow or arrow or anything else but what Arjuna replied was a great example of immense focus and then he shot down the eyeof that wooden bird!
